What is dodgeball?
Dodgeball is a fast-paced team sport where two teams face off and try to eliminate opponents using foam balls.
Games move quickly, with plenty of action and momentum swings. Dodgeball also relies on sportsmanship and self-officiating.
At Dodgeball Montréal, our values are simple: respect, integrity and fun. Thursdays are ideal for discovering the sport or getting back into it in a welcoming environment. Sundays offer a higher level of play for those looking for a more competitive game.

Never played with Dodgeball Montréal? Come try a Thursday at the Pointe-St-Charles YMCA. It is the best way to meet the group, experience the pace of the games and get a feel for the atmosphere.

Pointe-St-Charles YMCA from 6 to 8 p.m. $195 for 2 new players — 50% off the second registration.
Polyvalente St-Henri from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursdays + Sundays: $195 total — only $65 more than the Thursday season.

Yes. Thursdays at the Pointe-St-Charles YMCA are open to all skill levels, and your first Thursday is free if you have never played with Dodgeball Montréal.
Do I need a team?
No. You can come on your own; teams are formed on site.
